And the friendly smiles on the crew's faces reflect the hospitality that makes this ship a true oasis of vegan well-being. The Thurgau Ultra truly is a floating grand hotel. This is especially true of the service on board, which always caters to your personal wishes and desires. A staff of 60 makes sure that you always feel good – the hotel manager, vegan chef and service crew are there for you 24 hours every day.
The Restaurant Royal: A journey on the Thurgau Ultra is a homage to good taste. Experience it for yourself in the Queen’s restaurant, where every day the chefs prepare extraordinary plant-based dishes from all over the world. Whether you let the chef create a menu for you or put together your own combination à la carte, you will always be treated to the atmosphere and service of a world-class restaurant. The Junior Suites on the Middle deck are tastefully decorated and amply sized (18 m2/193 ft2) suites and feature panoramic doors that stretch to the floor, making for a light and airy atmosphere. There is a double bed, two easy chairs and a marble bathroom with shower, toilet, fine vegan organic toiletries and hairdryer. The room temperature can be individually adjusted. Every suite comes with a radio, flat-screen satellite TV, mini bar, safe, telephone, and wireless internet connection.

The Deluxe Suites on the Middle deck (22 m2/236 ft2) come with a diagonally arranged bed with a direct view of the river through the enormous glass doors which, when open, turn the suite into a stunning loggia. There is also a sofa for relaxing as you take in the river scenery and a fine marble bathroom with a surprisingly large washing area and shower and fine vegan and organic toiletries. Every suite comes with a radio, flat-screen satellite TV, mini bar, safe, telephone, and wireless internet connection.

With 30 square metres (322 ft2) of living space, Queen Suites offer the finest in travel comfort. Along with all the comforts of the deluxe suite, the queen suite features separate living and sleeping areas, a walk-on balcony (3m2/32 ft2) with seating and a luxurious marble bathroom with separate toilet, shower and bathtub and fine vegan organic toiletries. The Queen Suites come with a radio, 3 flat-screen satellite televisions, including one in the bathroom, mini bar, safe, telephone, wireless internet connection and a stereo system.
